IntelliComp Training Closure

IntelliComp as a company has always tried to stay ahead of the curve in being both innovative in the technology we use and conscious of the security risks and challenges that are ever changing in todays IT landscape.

In our ongoing efforts to meet these goals, IntelliComp will be shifting to a skeleton staff on the dates listed below so that we can undergo training to better serve and protect you – our customers.


We will be performing the training in multiple shifts on Wednesday, October 28th (10/28) and Thursday, December 3rd (12/3) so that we can continue to service the needs of the customers. Due to the limited staffing there will be a change in procedure for these days. Please note this will not affect our Service Level Agreements.

  • Tickets emailed in will be addressed the following day. As always if you have a critical or time sensitive request please make sure to call it in (see below).
  • Phone calls will be directed straight to voicemail, where tickets will be created and handled within 24 hours. If you are experiencing an urgent issue or have a time sensitive request please specify that on the voicemail message.
  • For any emergency or time sensitive request, when the message specifies it as such, the issue will be worked on the same day as per our normal Service Level Agreement.



Please note that depending on technician availability, normal tickets may be addressed as well as per the standard classification (based on age of the ticket and priority)
